3. Avoid sending SMS outside of business hours
For both operational and marketing campaigns, it is important to respect the boundaries of your recipient. Ensure all messages are sent during reasonable windows – consider time zones if sending interstate. Naturally, emergency messages are an exception.
4. “Opt-Outs” for SMS Marketing
When sending marketing or similar campaigns, you must give your customers the opportunity to “Opt-Out”.
